I got a bike ride from rapido today at 2:34pm, after reaching the pickup location customer asked me for my mobile number, as he is facing some network issue, he put an hospital address to pick customer, saying her wife & she is facing some network issue to clear bill, he requested me to share 1000 rupees to concern g pay number 9671372783, I said I have only 450 in my account to transfer. He said ok, I made it, after that he cancelled ride and blocked my id. After complaining to rapido they says we don’t assure any returns, problem is not money wat about our safety, just for there income they are creating customer ids with just otp. If customer needs safety and security then even driver or captain should need it. Evn a tenth students have ids. If it happens in money, then any one can stab us from behind during night rides, earner has no safety after risking life, family and even food.
