I have scheduled the time @9 am but the delivery partner told me he will be coming at 12 pm. If the no broker team is arriving at the location at their convient timing , then why we need to book the slot. Even we have got client meetings and all..So we have booked the first slot . We respect no broker teams times..and they need to respect ours …but they have failed to do it. Even after telling them 20+times they never responded. While scheduling I have specifically mentioned that I have the office work @9 :30..so the team need to be in my location at 9….but they never responded. Who is responsible for this.How they will compensate my loss ??
