I have ordered a Lenovo Monitor in 2021 and it still under warranty, I monitor screen is blacking out and i reached out to Lenovo support in the month of April 2022 on the same for which they asked me the Invoice and P-slip(warranty) of the device. We found that neither the Invoice nor the P-slip contains the Serial number of the monitor that was shipped to me. So they asked me to contact Amazon on the same, which i did for multiples times. Every time i call they asked me for sending email to different email ids and created new service request for other team. This happened for more than 3 months now and every service request was closed with some resolution. All i was asking Amazon is to contact seller on my behalf and get an invoice with the Serial number on it.
