I am facing network issues in my Vodafone SIM card and about which, I have raised complaint with Vodafone customer care for 6 times and also escalated the matter to their appellate authority. I have sent 3 reminders to appellate authority as well, however, the issue is not resolved yet. I have spent my 3 months in addressing this issue to Vodafone.
I am not able to make or receive any calls since last 3 months and have provided each and every detail to Vodafone team whenever they have asked me.
I have requested about the refund of my postpaid bill which is paid since last 3 months. Refund is demanded as I have not received any service from Vodafone for which they have charged me the bill.
I wish to address this issue and seek appropriate action against this unaccountable treatment from Vodafone.
I am raising this complaint to get back my bill paid to Vodafone for last 3 billing cycles i.e., April, May, June and also for current bill cycle for which the bill will be released by 10th of July 2020.
Due to ongoing COVID19 outbreak and during these lockdown days such careless and irresponsible service from Vodafone has affected my work to large extent. I want Vodafone to compensate me for the loss of work I had due to lack of access to phone calls.
