I had requested for the cancellation of an EMI which I had taken on August 3, 2023 and I had requested for the same on Aug 30, 2023. There was no any update from their side regarding request till now and the thing is I got calls recommending to pay the EMI on time. Whenever I contacted them, the only reply was there will be a call back from their finance team within two days. Very irritating and disappointing response. And now they are saying that the time period for cancellation process exhausted ,so cancellation option will not be available.
