We all booked ac sleeper coach tickets from KGN TRAVELS for Direct from Hyderabad to Howrah. But we were brought and dropped at BHUBANESWAR(ODISA) bus stop. We and the entire passengers of another bus were forced to travel in a single bus from BHUBANESWAR to Howrah. 2,3 people(1 seat) are placed in single sleeper seats and some people are placed only in the seater seat. 4300/-per sleeper seat was charged with us. We have been defrauded. Contacting KGN TRAVELS does not hold any responsibility.We are assured by KGN TRAVELS while booking the ticket that Direct From Hyderabad to Howrah will be taken by AC SLEEPER COACH.
