I am NIKHIL from Coimbatore and I am a frequent user of rapido since 1 year. I like to use rapido because it is new initiative concept in Coimbatore and I myself marketed about to many persons before it is legalised in Coimbatore. Many of my friends and colleagues started using it. The rapido captains were also very friendly to the customers. But now It became very worst cheating network the fare calculation is very cheatest work. The fare for the ride will be tripled and doubled than the shown estimated price. Because of it I changed my transportation app to ola and uber. I stopped saying to people to use rapido. I am not sending this mail without complaining in your app. There is none responsible in your application. I am having a perfect complained proof with complain number. If I register a complain in the rapido application. Without survey or enquiringly it your closing the complaints without my knowledge. This made me to hate rapido. In my family more 10+ members are using rapido. But this irresponsible work made me to uninstall rapido in all the phone. There is no proper customer service in Coimbatore. There is no customer service number to complain about it. Till now I my self poster nearly 10 complaints but nun other complaint is solved. the is fraud activity going on in rapdio very much cheat is being happening in rapido. i had complained many times in your application but without my knowledge all the issue have been closed without proper response and Refunding. So i conclude it by complaining in major websites like consumer helpline court, indian complaint board and many central government website till now there will a amout of 500 on a total should be refunded to me , If not check my complaint history but none amount is refunded to me. so I wish rapido should correct all the mistake or else it should be eradicated in coimbatore. We coimbatorian accept rapido but if it is repeated or continued it will seriously taken in action.
