Text of Complaint by SANDEEP SAMADDAR:

On 31/12/2022 around 2:50pm my car Grand i10 MH12RT9775 was parked at K17 below an elevated vehicle. The key of my car was asked to deposit. When I reached there again around 5:30pm to move out of the mall, I found my vehicle at a different spot from where I parked it. On asking for my car key, it was given back. As I moved out of the mall, I found a scratch at the lower right side of my car’s bumper. As I had film tickets of 01/01/2023 for the morning show at cinepolis WestEnd Mall, I decided to highlight the issue on 01//01/2023 after watching the film. But to all my surprise In Spite of trying to find the exact CCTV footage, the Information Desk officials asked other staff to verify the vehicle. And in any case they refused to accept COMPLAINTs with specific COMPLAINT numbers and Date and Time for further investigation/correspondence. Only thing which I was provided with is the FEEDBACK FORM with an extremely restricted place for text insertion.Still Now while typing this mail at 6:00 pm 01/01/2023 no reply has been given from Mall against the complaint raised by me in their ONLINE FEEDBACK FORM. And I still have not found any answer regarding compensation from Mall for mishandling of my car,I am sending this mail to the Competent Consumer forum authority also at the same time.
