Dear Sir
Please be noted that I am complaining about no connection of my tv since 23rd of May till date no action has been taken. May I know the reason for the same.
If you are unable to provide the same let us know so that we can think of the alternative.
An old women staying aloan without any television. Told about the same but no action is taken. Complain tickets get cancelled automatically and no information is provided.
I just hope you people go through the same phase your elderly remains without any television for 15-20 days and how it feels.
