My name is Anup Seal.I have ordered One Fire Boltt mercury smartwatch on 06.12.2021 through Flipkart and the product was delivered on 10.12.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 20days of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 30th December. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be picked up by 48hours. After 48 hours nobody came to pickup or nobody send me any mail regarding pickup of my product.i have also called them and talk with them 3times. They told me the same thing my problem will resolved within 48 hours. It’s being now 15days of complain, not a single response from fire boltt team.i can see so many people’s facing this problem. Please take action against fire boltt ASAP.
