Text of Complaint by Rishabh Thakur:

Worst customer experience. First of all their their toll free no. 12150 doesn’t work; on calling it says service on this number is not applicable. And if somehow we connect to their customer care then on making complaints 4 times of disabling my second connection they havent took any action on that and everytime is make a recharge of dth they slit it into two and amount gets half. Completely disappointed with airtel i will not prefer to take any airtel connection as their services are rubbish.
