Respected Sir/Madam
my tata sky subscriber ID :1287121204 in the name of Abhijeet Burman 9425793897.
I have recharged my Tata sky account with Rs 449/- one week before i.e, 2/3/2019
i have selected my channels also as per TRAI rules .and the total cost of my channels were 220rs approx.
But tata sky is not providing my respective channels to me .
tata sky forced us to take the earlier channels of rate rs 449/- and then also after 9days of recharge ..tata sky cut all my channels
and only few 5-6 channels are running right now .
Tata sky is a very irresponsible company and its service men are so irresponsible that they are not at all picking up my complaint calls.
costumer care number is always engaged .and by chance if they connect some times ,the resPonsible person cuts my phone without hearing to me .
I think I must file a RTI complain as well as I have to lodge a complain to TRAI
So that this type of irresponsibilities could not be done by you in coming future .
