Text of Complaint by Sneha Goswami:

  1. First off all I received a broken package from Amazon as soon as they did that very day I try to contact the customer service of Amazon after spending 2 to 3 hours. They told me to click a picture as a proof so as a responsible customer I did that but unfortunately the picture couldn’t attach maybe for some glitch so again I informed the company again so they process a replacement/exchange process but day after that day the delivery for the exchange product didn’t happened I again contacted the service they told me “Due to some issue the delivery agent couldn’t contact you so the package is returning to the seller” I’m so surprised that the delivery agent didn’t even try to contact me after that they told me that now after all this the replacement process cannot be issued so we have to issue a refunding process for the order so I did that but again the same thing happened the delivery agent didn’t contact me the refunding also cancelled I again contacted the customer service they said we can’t do anything about this. Since 4 to 5 days all I have suffered so after so much of hustle I finally able to file a complain against Amazon due to this irresponsible behaviour towards customers.
