Dear Sir,
Today around 10.15 am I went to the Airtel service center at MMDA colony ,Chennai to change the SIM card to 4g for my cell no.9677227518 which was deactivated.The staff were not maintaining discipline in calling customers as per token .around 11.15 am when my turn came one person who came after me was called and attended by the service staff because she knows him.when I questioned the the staff, the manager came and supported the staff and demeaned me.even when all the customers shouted and complained about the way customers are called without following any order the manager and staff did not have even the courtesy to say sorry and rectify. I was told to get my job done with another staff ( supervisor) and get lost.I am a heart patient and 60 years old retired person from a reputed bank.
I am sorry find the young staff behave without any sense of guilt.if he person given preference was an acquaintance of the girl she could have taken him inside managers cabin and given special attention but not intent of all customers waiting patiently.
I want you to verify the CCTV images of today morning and advice the staff suitably
