Dear Team,
I hereby mention my concern towards irresponsible behavior by TATA SKY telecast services for Television. The issue of their set-top box not being working had been conveyd to them Despite my father a person above 55 years of age visited their office in person uring covid times, they had no concern towards it rather mentioning the reason that due to covid we are very busy.
Being in the customer service industry this kind of behavior is not acceptable and half od the day has been gone still no one has turned up to resolve the issue except several phone calls that the tevhnician will visit you soon.
Would like this compalint to be taken on a serious note and action been taken towards it.
