Hello,
My name is Pratik Maniar and I had received a call from Mr kamlesh Chavda (sales)- 6354944643 from surat and he provided me 3 years membership. Further, he and one the employee, on a call, assured me that EMI would be of Rs 1875 for 24 months I.e. Rs 45000 in total but when credit card statement arrived, amount was different.
When i tried to speak with them than at first they replied that they will resolve it. But now, after my mails and calls of reminders, no one is responding or calling me back regarding query.
I would firmly suggest that no one should buy its membership as there is no proper methodology to resolve or address customer issues nor they have worried about their image. They just want to sell as much membership as they can to continue their business or else they seems to be bankrupt already.
