Customer centric approach missing. Arrogance and irresponsible team flipkart-
1 Exceptionally huge Delay in delivery
2 out of 2 items ordered , 1 been cancelled by seller after long delay
3 in second order , wrong fit size been delivered from order( Sent US size instead order size in UK)
4 I had to initiate return. Again wrong delay in pick up and refund
5 Again order same shoe with clearly selecting UK size .
6 Again long delay in delivery
7 Utmost shock that same mistake repeated. AGAIN US SIZE DELIVER INSTEAD UK
8 Return been initiated within stipulated time but same got rejected.
9 explained issue to company and requested initiated for refund twice , but again request was rejected .
Instead tendering apology and taking corrective measures , flipkart is arrogant to shamelessly reject a very valid request !!
