I tooked 400 from Mpokket and i get 1 month late to pay. when they send me the reminder to pay the loan through Email i started trying to pay the amount. from the that day onwards till now its not working. its getting 5 months theses guys (Mpokket) started disturbing me to pay a loan. I tried many times to pay the loan but Mpokket application is not working. Then i tried to pay through my friends phone ,there its getting to payment section and i payed the amount and after 1 minute they mailed me that payment is unsuccesful. when i report to them they always send me a link and say again pay through this link, i tried several times ,no use and also they are simply increasing my loan amount , i only taked 500 now its is 800. So i need a correct response from Mpokket side. I tried to contact you through these number 9073031062 , 9831404662 , 6292250464 ,7605089239 and until now no one is attended my call, and also all these numbers blocked my number. i need a proper response.
