To whom it may concern,
Uma Maheshwari of Airtel branch opp to sampath vinayak temple in Vizag has been avoiding our calls and not explaining us the extra amount she made us pay regardless of us requesting her. She being our contact point/person for airtel package, she has been cutting our calls and making excuses everytime we ask her to explain the extra amounts she has been making us pay. She is irresponsible when it comes to customers and doesn’t care about any concerns. She always tries to avoid instead of being responsible and solving the issue. This is definitely disappointing, frustrating and not acceptable as a customer issue isn’t being taken care of. It has now been 2 weeks since we have been asking for Uma to explain us our bill and making the necessary corrections. However, she chooses to not only resolve or correct her mistakes but also makes us pay the amount and doesn’t provide the proper service when needed or requested. Despite calling her everyday and sending her messages, she chooses not to respond and not to solve the issue. We are totally in anger and frustration with her behaviour.
we kindly request that proper action to be taken upon her. With these kind of customer executives, Airtel will definitely lose loyal customers like us.
