Text of Complaint by Ria Modi:

On 8th august 2020 I register a complain in LG Service Center for service of my refrigerator, a technician came on 9th august in morning but he could solve my problem…so same 2 author technician but they couldn’t solve the problem, then when we complained to senior authorities they send another technician lastly my refrigerator was repaired on 16th august 2020 but after that my refrigerator is not working properly and I have complained several time in last one and half month and many times technician have came but they have not able to solve the problem and on top of that now technician is also behaving rudely and offensive manner.
