I have a unlimited plan for calling and I m using the Airtel sim while calling to bank care number for complaint they are asking for balance and the minimum recharge is available for rupee 40 aprox, i don’t understand if it is free then why you are charging and if want to charge active your 10 rupees’s minimum recharge for balance atleast.
