Text of Complaint by Dhruv:

I have been raising complaints since April 2020 regarding my fixed line billing issues and every single time the complaints have been closed without prior notice to me. I am getting charged for NOT USING INTERNET AT ALL since March 2020. The bill amount had reached to 2218/- and I got a call from Airtel Customer Care, saying I am getting discount of 800+ rs and I do need to pay sum of 1416 and the due amount reflected would be 0.0. The point is I cannot close my internet connection unless outstanding amout is 0.0. I paid the said amout and now after almost a week I am getting calls again to pay 802/- !!! Mind you,I have paid 1416/- when I didn’t even used internet in lockdown as I was not in the city and the internet was in barred state. When I tried explaining this entire thing to customer care executives again,they say there was no commitment given ! How rubbish is that? Thankfully I have call recording of entire issue which I can present as a proof. Hoping to settle this issue ASAP.
