I would like to bring to your notice some important facts…

      Yesterday i.e on 10th May 2021 in the afternoon I been at Adani Dindoshi office to pay the part bill i.e of two months ( Rs 103000/-) but nobody accepted and I was asked to meet Mr Rupesh Khapre at Adani MIDC,Andheri,  immediately I called on the landline and spoke with Mr Rupesh Khapre – Enforcement department,Adani-Midc and I was been asked to come down and meet him on today i.e 11/05/2021,I spared time by leaving my important work and approached to Adani MIDC,but Mr Rupesh Khapre was not present disappointing me.,the staff of Adani Midc started arguing that the visit of vigilance team of Dindoshi was happened on 16th Feb 2021.But in real the visit happened on 12th May ( I also have CCTV records of the same )

On 12the feb 2021 the officers from Adani Vigilance team – Mr Mahesh Shirale visited the said property and found unauthorised supply given to some of the members of the same plot and after the instruction received,immediately the supply was removed ,BUT NO summon / Notice was been issued to anybody and signature of a non resident /  bystander ( Kalim Ansari – who has nothing to do with the plot and the issue ) was taken forcibly / blindly on piece of paper without explaining anything,and later on on 16th the report was made stating unauthorised connection.

The vigilance report says that from the date of issuing the notice within 1 month we need to file the objection before the concerned authority,

On 26 March 2021 a final order was issued from Adani electricity stating nobody reported or objected in the given time period hence the penalty is finalized and cant be altered.

This totally a LIE and FAKE report made by Adani electricity Vigilance Department – Dindoshi .

Adani dindoshi says the supply was given to 25 to 30 tenants—In real it was given to only 7 tenants.

Adani  electricity assumed the consumption of more than 12 months — whereas the supply was given only for 8 days.

 Adani  electricity says that  nobody reported or objected in the given time period— whereas our consumer Mr Rajesh Dudhale visited the central zone and Adani MIDC ( Mr Rupesh Khapre ) office several times but every time he was misguided as usual.

If in reality the fine /penalty is prepared as per the rule / regulations and electricity act ,I request the authority to take out the  consumption statement of whole year ,the real truth will come in flash.

Many times even I had complained about the electricity theft happening in the same property of which I have plenty of proofs and acknowledgements but nobody from Adani entertained it.

As far as the question of meeting the Adani staff regards to high consumption / bill or any other issues That is pathetic / the Adani staff including the security treats the consumers very rudely by giving irrelevant answers.They don’t even know how to speak with the customers.From this it could be imagined that during serious lockdown how we can approached to the concern department frequently for this issue.

I hope that the concerned authority will look into this issue and amend the electricity bill which is charged unnecessarily and heavy.
