My flip-kart account was accessed without my knowledge, an order was done, and I complained to customer service, who gave me a deadline but didn’t hear back. Only advising me to wait after I complain on April 5th, flip-kart is still instructing me to wait longer for the issue to be fixed. complaint number (IN23042012091163301806 AND an additional complaint number with the last six digits: 160721). Also, I emailed Flip-Kart on May 4th, but their response was to wait 48 hours more; today is May 8th. Check out the attachment below.
