Text of Complaint by Shambhavi:

Airtel has issued a huge bill for the month of Jan 2021 without any explanation of the bill details and charges. The first 30 days of the new plan were supposed to be free, and yet their customer service is unable to answer my queries.
Instead they have been forcing me to pay the bill with multiple reminders.
