Food order has been done from IRCTCC app for PNR no 1116542650 . 25th Aug Delhi station food has to be deliver but its not delivered . MOBILE NO. I GOT CALL FOR FOOD DELIVERY +918447925912, i tried to raise complain online by toll free no.08101035474 but he cut the call and call back by another no. +919098455015 but did not register the complain . I told him there will be a routine to handle such issue by registering complain and track he said you will get refund but there is no such routine. Help raise the complain again fraud / mishandling happening with customer who ordering food by using Irctcc app.
Food was not delivered yesterday but email got that food delivered .
