I processed ticket on25/04/2019 by razorpay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but ticket had not booked. I made complint to razorpay. They have forwarded the same to IRCTC. Today I received call from IRCTC person to forward a msg which was processed by him within one min to 9223900003. I forwarded the said msg with in 10 sec as received to me. But he told that the msg is time bar. Hence I requested him to use other mode. Because I already sent the two times with in 10 sec only. But he denied me and said that no other ways. I said that if you’re not able to find other way then I will complaint. He replied rudely to raise complain because there is no other way.
When there is method of payment at IRCTC is different than why the refund process is not such like easy. Please do the needful for my refund initiate and take against this person also for not proper procedure who had replied to me go for complaint. His work to provide proper guidance to us and not to show attitude. Deeply unhappy.
