Text of Complaint by Sreeju:

I had a rescheduled a flight ticket, for which the reservation failed at the backend due to some error. I got the refund of additional money however whenever I try to book and rescheduled the flight ticket, I get the message that PNR has been used. I have been following up everyday with IRCTC on mail and through customer care since 15th September. I still haven’t got any resolution to my problem. All the mail and customer care has been asking to wait for 24 hours everyday and this has become a nightmare to mail and call the IRCTC again as there executives are not able to resolve my request.
