We have booked a ticket from JBP to GKP on 08.12.2017 and got transaction was failed and amount deducted by IRCT Rs.235/- each two times and not received so far. Sir we had given our passbook scan copy but no satifactory reply received from IRCTC.

Sir kindly look into the matter please.
We are mently penilized by this case.
