I have purchase a usb to lightning cable from iPlanet though online and paid online on 13th Feb 2025 after this I have not received any update regarding the order and then I wrote a mail to customer service of IPlanet and received a reply from one of the associate executive saying that product is not available so they will will initiate the refund process they are asking my bank details so o gave it to them after that till now u don’t have any clue or update about my money it’s been more than a month
