I have been cheated of 7k promising ipl ticket for rcb vs rr homeground match. I had paid 7k on 04th of april. When tickets were canceld and asked for refund, this person had told it will be returned on the same day. And till date i have not received my money. Hes blockd me phone number, but responds to watsapp text once in 1-2w
