We were looking for IPL online tickets and came across sapphire events for the RCB KKR match on 26th April 2023 at Bangalore.

The people in sapphire events named Sudhir and Satish promised us online tickets and email confirmation with QR scan codes. We paid upfront via UPI QR of Rs. 10,000.
They told the email scanner will be accepted at the ground. When we reached the ground,there wasn’t any QR scan machine and the sapphire events had switched off their mobile. We need help to recover the lost money of Rs.10000.
