I have ordered iphone xr 128GB
But I received wrong item inside the package which is a noise watch on 21st Thursday. I have contacted customer care and raised an complaint twice . They told investigation will start. But I am not getting any response from Amazon .When I called today 3rd November they are saying as per investigation team item is delivered we can help you with this anymore .
