for iPhones, for any kinda repairs or service, without valid bill, we can’t do much. so Valid serial number in the Invoice is important. I ordered and received iPhone 14 Pro max from Amazon on 17th June, 2023, but the Invoice either had a wrong serial number or missing serial number. I raised a complaint with Amazon on the same day, they said it’ll take 3-5 days to resolve and gave me 23rd as the last day to provide resolution. I called amazon on 23rd and again on 24th at least 5-6 times. Not only they’re not giving a resolution and not taking their product back, they’ll put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and hang up the call and just downright tell me they won’t take the product back but they also don’t have a resolution for me.
