I am having problem with my i phone call waiting services and no caller id. I can turn them on and off. This happened after the new software update. Apple is doing this on purpose, they making old phone useless so that customers have to buy new ones. I called Apple support, i cooperate with them with all the basic trouble shootingand tests. Its more than a month now they haven’t fix anything. This is work phone and i am missing customers calls and having loss . Apple team is doing nothing about it all they saying is sorry. Please help me .
