Type & Model – I Phone 14 Pro max Mobile , Date of Purchase – 21/06/23 , Under Warranty- Yes , Amount Paid – 141117 , IMEI No – 2357170857669576 , Invoice no – LKOSA232000055 , Grievance Number / Reference Number (if any) – LKO33492552 , Problem Status :- consumer says that consumer had bought the mobile on 21/06/23, then there is a small dot in the mobile showing in the display, which is manufacturer defective in the mobile, then the consumer had contacted the service center, but the service center only changed the display Have been and are not replacing the mobile, but the consumer wants the replacement of the mobile
