iPhone 14 was ordered by my daughter on Aug/24/2023 and got a status that it will be delivered by Aug/31. First update on Amazon app was made that attempt was made on 28/Aug/2023 which was not attempted. 2 update received that phone will be delivered on 29/Aug/2023 but was not attempted to us, multiple customer care calls made to amazon 3 Update received that phone will be delivered on 30/Aug/2023, but was returned saying we have rejected it. We didn’t get any delivery agent giving us a call nor any one made attempted to call us.
