My mother applied for a loan in IPeso. She wished to borrow 3k, but received 2.1k instead, and the worst part is that her repayment amount is at staggering 3.3k. We decided to accept the unfair amount since we were desperate for money. We were shocked that our phones are getting bombarded by calls, and one time we decided to answer the phone, the “agent” on the other line was extremely rude, threatening my mother that her information will be sent to their “investigation” team, which was a direct violation of the national data privacy act.
I want this people to be dealt with and be taught a lesson at proper communication.
