This on hold, as your team was not able resolve, TEAM LEADER : Mr. SUNEEL SHIVHARE, asked the network engineer to put it on hold due to OTP Verification at premises. There is no one in JIO FIBER to verify this process.
Again making a kind and a humble request to look into the matter and do the needful.
As it is clearly seen that the Appellate Team is NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE issues from the last 2 months. AND THERE IS NO ONE PROVIDING ME with anyone above APPELLATE to talk to , as I m requesting the same on every email and over the phone calls.
I’m again and finally requesting JIO TEAM to please connect me with someone above APPELLATE.
