I got a message that my iob account requires KYC update. I went to the branch and did the needful. Post that 4 times , my money is deducted from account and getting msgs that Rs 295 deducted for debit card. balance reduced to Rs 12157 from Rs13242 ( 4 times). I enquired with the bank , all deductions are for debit card . No resolution provided. Once is ok but why others.
