Sub: Invoice downloading Issue in Flipkart.com Online.
Regarding Said Subject I have purchased a refrigerator on 10th October-2018,
Order ID.OD113603981360285000 now the refrigerator is not working for some issue so want
Invoice copy to claim warranty service that’s why I have requested to flipkart.com customer
service executive and raised request in last 1 week ago but there is no any solution provided
to me.
I have complaint to this issue in Flipkart.com, they told we have escalated to technical
team so wait we are processing on this issue but issue is not resolved again and again same
issue Invoice is not downloading and not receiving e-mail.
Requested and Order details screen shot is attached on it so please see the attachment
and resolve the issue as soon as possible
