Hi ,
I got airtel connection set up in May at my residence in Sonipat, Haryana as i had to work from home , initially for few months i got invoice bills but then since last 3 months airtel is not providing me invoice rather just a payment receipt . In order to get reimbursement of internet from my company , it is essential for me to submit the invoice , i tried sharing receipt but my reimbursement was not approved.
I request Airtel to provide me invoice for month of october , november and then for future as well .
I had a word at customer care , they said the policy has been changed and now only receipt will be given ,This is affecting my work , Please look into this at the earliest.
