Sir,
I invested my money on mobikwik xtra before 16th August 2024 and due to the RBI guidelines, saying that the investment made on any such platform will not be debited fully and only a sum of interest and principal will be return back to the lender of date 16th August 2024 ,my money got stuck and now no interest and principal is returned back to me . As per the government norms, the future investment needs to be held for such acts but they held each investment that was made before 16th August 2024.
Further, the repayment received are also not as per their repayment schedule.
