There is a Transactree Short term personal loan (Loan number: 4618310U) reflecting in my Cibil report.
That is due to Fraudulent transaction in the mobikwik application (Transactree is lending partner for Mobikwik). I have not taken this loan. Rather, fraudsters took money from mobikwik after unauthorised login. I have reported 8 months back to Mobikwik and Cyber Police but still it is present in my cibil report causing my cibil points down.
I need help to remove this from cibil report as damaging my Cibil history.
I have already raised a complaint in the RBI ombudsman regarding this with complaint number N202324009032676 and Cyber police acknowledgement number 33708230029726.
