Text of Complaint by Atul Mishra:

On 20 jul 22 i recharged my Tata play dth with rs 315, but instead of charging my dth balance Tata play charged tata play binge of rs 299 without my consent, i tried to contact customer care but after making me hold for so long they did not give any satisfactory answer
I request u to regularise my tata play dth account with rs 315 as its going to be deactivated tonight by ur illegal cyber fraud
If my dth deactivated tonight i will go to consumer forum n u have to many times what i lost

  1. I have been also wrongfully charged on the month of july for tata play binge subscription of 299 Rs , Mr Atul Mishra you are not alone. Apart from the mistake being on their end they are blaming consumers for the same.
