Complaint against Airtel. (Airtel customer care complaint number – 2900417577)

Extra charges of about 1800 (1500 + 300 tax) have been added to my monthly bill for internet plan which I never activated. 15th March I got call from Airtel about my number being a part of a offer (in future in case I get any plan from airtel it will be taxfree), after making sure “there are NO any hidden charges”, atleast for 3 times from the airtel caller. Now when I traveled to another country, internet plan has been activated by Airtel without notifying me, and without any usage of this plan while I was in remote land, these charges of 1800 have been added to my bill. I want this bill to be updated and share the valid amounted bill. I am ready to pay correct and utilized services bill, but cannot tolerate any such fulling and invalid looting charges.

I am airtel customer for 3 collateral numbers since more than 10 years, for such valuable customers too they are giving such shameful service.

Unfortunately on average facing such issue from airtel around me 4th time since JIO has launched.

@airtel, if airtel wants to earn as a business , they must make better plans for customers, they shouldn’t earn money by fooling around them. Its making lose their business, not to grow from any angle.
