I have received the Tata sky binge device as complimentary service in 2019.
after using the free trial period I have disconnected the device and made a request to recollect the device as I was not using it.
In January 2021 I made a fresh request to recollect the device as pandamic laws allowed commutes and all.
But the dealer who is responsible for raising the recollection request accidentally requested for device activation.
Tata sky representatives activated the device without my oral or telephonic confirmation and
kept charging me the activation fee for three months.
When I investigated why my account balance is drained in three months which supposed to last six months I came to know about this situation.
I want my full repayment back which Tata sky representatives are denying.
