I have a HDFC credit card, my credit limit is 694000 rs, HDFC offered a loan on emi on my credit vard which i accepted it. then they send a bill that shows that I am 180000 rs over limit, every month they are charginge for overlimit fees and gst on that. if i was going overlimit then why did they offer me a loan, and charginge unnecessary.
