Text of Complaint by Maulik Makadiya:

I am Maulik and a customer of Airtel broadband (unfortunatly). Using 40mbps speed internet and i have payed billling amount but again its asking that i have due amount of x and need to pay.
Called 4 times to the customer service and did not get any reply. it looks like they are not well trained and not able to give proper answer by checking transction and other details.
every time, asking to call afterwards or send an email
i have send an email but never got any reply.
even though if i check the transction from app or web site, that page is not working and giving an error.
yesterday, validity in app was showing 28 days and today its showing 16 and somestimes 0
does it means i need to pay money every time????

its not easy to earn the money sir.

please give me feedback ASAP.
