I had taken a loan from Mpocket, every time I paid it back in time. But then we all have to face a situation like never before and we got the lockdown. due to the paucity of money could not pay their amount. Now they are asking me to pay 4000 rupees and am from a poor family. Please give waiver on my penalties and I am ready to pay my principal amount. Please help me to get out of this
